Biography of Nane Quartay 
Nane Quartay was born in upstate New York and attended Augusta College in Augusta, Georgia. After a tour in the United States Navy he traveled extensively before returning to New York to begin writing his first novel Feenin. He resides in the Washington, D.C. area and may be reached at nquartay@yahoo.com
